AVKOPACK® 1720 G

Набивка диагонального плетения из синтетических волокон с повышенной температурной устойчивостью и специальной импрегнацией с использованием ПТФЭ, графита и смазок. Универсальная набивка для уплотнения насосов, арматуры, ферментаторов и пр. с повышенной химической и температурной устойчивостью. Инкорпорирование графита в набивку способствует отводу тепла из зоны контакта, продлевает эксплуатационную жизнь изделия.

CHARACTERISTICS
Gland packing with guaranteed quality manufactured from high technology raw materials and yarns using up-to-dated production technology. AVKOPACK® 1720 G is braided from yarn made of strong synthetic fibers, impregnated with PTFE and special lubricating system including graphite.

APPLICATION
This packing may be used for sealing of chemically aggressive media, water and steam up to 260 ºC, lubricants, greases, etc. AVKOPACK® 1720 G is suitable for pumps and other devices working at constant load and more specifically where radial beating exist. Additionally incorporated graphite helps transferring the heat from the contact zone. This packing is widely used for sealing of devices and equipment in the chemical industry, paper industry, etc.

ADVANTAGES
AVKOPACK® 1720 G has been initially designed after specific inquiry from a client for sealing of the gland of fermentation apparatus with axial length 4m and strong radial beating. This packing guarantees long exploitation term and keeps the environment from being polluted.
